and its disappointing when 1 party loses interest.

I really thought that the place is nice. An open balcony with a stunning view of the city skyline. Bay windows for you to look out of and watch the world go by from the 22nd floor. But thanks to the stupid HDB ruling, we’re not eligible for it since according to them, we earn too much. Honestly speaking, would someone earning less than 8k be able to comfortably afford a 730k HDB flat?

Lady: Is your combine income above 8k (when we stepped into the showroom)
Us: Yeah… is that going to be a problem?
Lady: HDB imposes a 8k income cap. Is yours slightly over only?
Us: Er…. nooo..
Lady: Below 8600???
Us: no…. its above 9k
Lady: Hmm…. then I don’t think you will be eligible for this condo..
Us: Would someone earning less than 8k even be able to get a 730k house???

At least she was kind enough to still show us around.. Kudos to that. and screw HDB.. Any professional working couple can earn more than 8k now.. Its not really that hard right..

Only in the army, do u need someone to tell you explicitly, that when a person’s head is not attached to his body, then that person is dead. That when you see a fire, u should shout “Fire! Fire! Fire!” to warn others. Shouldn’t it be common sense? Then again, once you wear green, u lose all common sense, and you become stupid.

I discovered a few more things when I wear green. My feet will naturally drag when I walk. I become lethargic and that I can fall asleep anywhere. On the floor, on benches, standing up, on mud, on wet grass…. Its amazing!

And what’s up with saying “times XX” in front of everything.. Can’t they just say it in proper English? For example

You will be given “times 1″ ambulance
There are “times 20″ casualty
