I had a great chat. We talked bout our lifes, studies, work, music etc… For once, I’m glad I didn’t have to listen to someone else’s problems. Not that I mind lending a listening ear. I don’t, and I usually will, even when I have problems of my own but its really frustrating when the person who’s telling you their problems don’t even appreciate anything you did. And to get shouted at?? How much more disrespect can I take.. Yah you in a bad mood… I understand.. but still, there has to be a clear line drawn. I tried to be there for you. If its not enough you’re seldom there for me, you still have to shout? WTF! If thats the way I’m to be treated, you’re on your own now..

Anyway back to the nice chat I had. Was feeling so frustrated with this friend so as I was walking back, I saw this guy sitting at the park all alone, with his guitar, strumming a song and singing to himself. I walked pass him and told him he played pretty well and then I sat beside him and started to chat with him. He lives in a suburb in north mel. 30 mins drive. He was trying to write a song so he came to sit by the park to get away from the crowd. It was 1.30 am by then and there were really no traffic. Breeze was nice too. We started chatting bout many things. Life, music, studies, work, family etc… Din really catch his name but he was born in Canada and has lived in Australia since he was 3. His parents are staying in the Maldives and he goes back there regularly to visit em. Nice man. He plays the guitar and sings well too. I really enjoyed myself. I felt happy. Makes me forget all my frustration. I love Australia. In sg, try talking to a stranger and see what their reaction is. Hell… they look at you funny even when you just smile at them.. Arrogant bastards…

Didn’t really do much today. Just went to tour uni of Mel and its a huge and nice university. I guess thats where the extra 6 k is used for. Studying for the same course in that university would cost 24k/yr compared to my current fees of 18k Really nice place.. Am definately going there for my masters 5 yrs down the road.. I got my eye on this particular course. Masters in Business & IT. 1 yr course at 25k/yr Well worth it I guess..

Time to sleep soon… Free bbq tom.. here I come…

I feel high.. I feel happy.. I feel light headed.. I think I overdose on chocolates. Muahahaha… Had supper at Max Brenner just now and it was lovely. Chocolate taste soooooo good… I can’t have enough of em.. If nobody was watching, I’m pretty sure I would like the plates The chocolate shake was lovely. The strawberries, waffles and the chocolate dip was excellent. Great chocolate. Almost on par with Godiva.

In case some of you don’t know, I’m now back in Melbourne. Weather is great. I expected it to be much much colder but hey…. its so cooling and nice. Strong wind at times but just wonderful weather. I just love cold weather. Something bout it which makes me just want to dance. Hahahaha…

Day started out pretty badly though. Some misunderstanding here and there. Took a cab from the airport. Would have cost me 40 bucks but I was smart. I waited at the cab stand and ask everyone waiting for cab where they were heading. Managed to find this Aussie student studying in Mel Uni who wanted to go to the city. Great.. Shared the cab with him and paid only 20 bucks for the ride. Not bad..

Reached home and yah, some difficulty getting into my room.. After I got in, I started unpacking my stuff and then time to sleep. Darn.. my heater is missing. Where is it? I can’t sleep at all w/o the heater. My feet were cold. Even though my body was warm, I was shivering. My feet has to be covered if I want to feel warm. Sharen called and she told me the heater was with Meow. After trying to fall asleep in the cold, I can’t take it anymore so I knocked on her door to get back my heater.. Much better.. Was feeling pretty grumpy till I opened the luggage I helped Erlina bring over. Awwww… there’s a letter inside for me. Not only that, there are 2 picture frames too, with our pictures in it.. Thats so sweet.. Thx so much babe.. You just made my day.. I’ll miss you too…

Darn… Having only 2 usb port is a pain in the ass. I got so many peripherals that 2 is not eunf, plus I don’t have a usb hub too 1 port is always taken up by my wifi adapter so that leaves me with only 1. This 1 is being interchanged with my mouse, phone, pda, iPod, removable hard disk, printer, camera and memory card reader.. Troublesome. Connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect,, u get it.. Put in mouse, cant print, wanna print, can’t use mouse, copy pictures from camera, cannot print also….
