Received an SMS from Saab last week informing me that Azmi’s dad just passed away. Am sorry to hear that. Do let me know if I can help in anyway.

Woke up this morning and chatted with Zuraimi on MSN. He was telling me how Azmi’s dad passed away. He passed away from an asthma attack. A very serious one. Sigh…. Azmi used to work with me before as part of the BCS team in 5Sir. Just like me, he’s also a combat medic specialist. This whole thing just reminds me that when its really your time to go, you can’t run away from it.

Should anything like this happen to the people around me, I hope I can do something about it. I’d be damn sad to see the people you love go away…..

I got my hair cut on Thursday at a saloon. Woot… First time ever…. Erl has been saying ever since I was in Melbourne, to get my hair cut in a funky spiky style. Even my 2 sisters said that, saying it will look nicer on me than my current hairstyle. Make me look young and trendy? Muahaha…. Well, I finally did it. Thx to Adelin for the final nagging?? And oh yah.. her dragging me too.. lol

Went to this place, Hair Secret at Orchard Plaza. Shop is ran by Joachim’s aunt so I got some discount. Not really much I guess, cos the price still came up to 20 bux… Damn thats expensive… Anyway, I didn’t even know how its gonna look like.. Went in, got introduced to the lady boss that day and sat down for my hair cut. Hair was shampooed first, before it got cut. Adelin sat beside me and described to the barber how it was to be cut. I got lost after the forst few seconds of conversation. Muahaaha… She was going on and on about how its to be cut. The stylist finally understood and began cutting my hair. After some time, it was done. Preceed for another shampoo and then my hair was styled. When I got up to look at the mirror, I was like… Damn… Hair feels weird, looks weird.. Adelin said it looks nice though.

Went back home and Sis first reaction was it looks very nice. Even her friend said so too. Hmmmm…. so why does it look so weird to me? Maybe I’m old so have different thinking. lol…

Anyway, many things happened that day and it was very fun. Really enjoyed myself and had the best time so far since my return from Melbourne. Thx Ad..

Aaaarrghhhhhh… back aching like hell now.. Was at the gym on tuesday and I think I used to much weights for the back exercise. I bend my legs, carried the weights, stood up and when I bend my back forward, I almost fell. Put too much weights. Now back aches. Arrrgghhhh… Medic…

Wanted to catch a movie with Omkar just now but shit happened. Went to his place to get the tickets. Yes.. Om has 2 free tickets for Neverland Story. He was invited for a private screening to the show at Plaza Singapura, which starts at 7pm. We left his place at 6.45. Muahaha how to reach in time. Om was driving there and traffic jam was bad. Finally reached the place at 7.30 and was told that tickets are sold out.

Om got angry. So did I.. how can it be sold out if it was a private screening and people needed invites. In the end, realised that the organisor gave more invites than there were seats. Grrrr….. Gave them a complain letter and was told by the manager that Omkar will be contacted tom to see how the compensation will be like.

Drove to Orchard Cineplex for dinner at burger king and went home after that. What a wasted trip to town.

Adelin also still not feeling well. Her sore throat got really bad. Jo will be taking her to the doctor tom. Today was a very hectic day. Adelin and Jo suggested to come over my house and just rot till bout 6. Chill out and just laze about. Thats fine I thought. We could go grab something to eat first before coming over but seems like they have other plans. They wanted me to cook.. LOL!

And so started the phone calls to Erl and Sharen in the morning. They were the ones who taught me how to cook in Melbourne you see. Erl did not answer call even after few times. Grrrrr…. must be sleeping lah.. Lazy bum… How… Then I called Sharen but her method was different from what Erl taught me before. Damn… Now what.. Well, first thing will be to get the ingredients I think I will need.

Met up with Jo and Adelin and Jurong East MRT and they followed me to the supermarket. Adelin looks so lovely as usual. Bought some tomatoes, capsicun, sweet sour seasoning, some chicken and lastly, 2 cans of campbells soup. Erl called up when I was shopping for the stuff so managed to refreshed my memory on how to cook. Muahahah…. Reached back home and shooed them to my room so they wun be laughing at my pathetic attepmpt to cook. Am I glad Nik suddenly said he could make it and 15 mins after I reached home, he came over too. Now I have someone to help me cook.

In all, the dish turned out all right. Sweet sour fish slices, some honey chicken, soup, omlette. Omlette was done by Nik. Then started the hassle of cleaning up after that. Cooking is fun I guess but the cleaning up part sux big time… I was the one to cook and in the end, I was the one to do the dishes too. Damn… It sure would be nice if someone did it instead.

Started playing some playstation after that. Played soccer with Nik and he neat me. Next game was F1 racing and Ad won every single game. Last was Simpson Wrestling and that was funny. Left at bout 6.30. It has been a very tiring day for me but am so glad Adelin and Jo finds the food nice. Not too bad for my 2nd or 3rd attempt at cooking.
