Nik invited me, om and a few other friends over to his house for dinner yesterday. Till yesterday, I only knew Nik by name. Have never seen him before but we got quite close since we’ve been playing online gaming for quite a while now.

Josephine and Adelin also came along and it was really nice to have met them. They’re part of our online gaming team as well and its good to put a face to the name. Been playing with them and up till yesterday, have never met them nor knew what thy look like.

Food was great and Nik kept serving us with tons of food. Me and Om were so full we had difficulty finishing up the food. Great food. Thx dude.. Finally met up with my online gaming buddies. Hehehe…

This question has long been in my mind. To wear a white hat and be the good guy or a black hat and be the bad guy. Its more of an ethical question I guess.

After a long thought, looks like a white hat I will be….

Ppl who doesnt realise what they are doing and the purpose why they are given a life to live.the reason why i wanna meet them becos maybe i’ve got an advice or two for them especially someone who thinks he can fly and too smart by having a nick that wears a red underwear on the outside.Not to take it personal but having such a nick with no guts at all is really the smartest guy on earth.

Surprise I can still see this??? Black Hat == ownage!!! He still thinks that “fly” is to be taken literally. Is he dumb or something??? Oh well… can’t blame a mat can u….

Bout a month back, phpbb announced that a very serious flaw exists which could lead to an sql code injection being possible. It was advised that all webmaster, running phpbb forums upgrade it to the latest version which is 2.0.11. Did not realise the seriousness if the exploit until yesterday, when I went around looking for forums to try it on.

With the sql injection, I managed to get the user name and password of several user in different forums. I also managed to get the database connection name and password as well as execute simple unix command such as ls and -la. I was shocked. There still exists many forums which have not upgraded their softwares and with this exploit, it makes it easy for me to deface the site or do anything I want, including deleteing of files, hacking of passwords etc…

Let this be a warning to everyone to quickly update their software fast and as a precaution, do change the passwords to your database connection asap. You would be surprise what I can do with the exploit….

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope everyone had a nice holiday. I started my day with a nice picnic at east coast beach with a few of my very close friends from NS. Sharil called me up a few days ago asking if I would want to join him and Zuraidi in a picnic. I of course said yes.

Met up with Sharil at 9.45am at Kallang mrt and took a cab to east coast. Met up with Zuraidi there. He’s now already married and has a small son. Those who made it for the picnic includes myself, Zuraidi and his wife, Zuraidi’s brother and his girlfriend, Zuraidi’s wife brother and Sharil. Spent the time swimming and talking bout the good old days back in NS.

Zuraidi was telling me he remembered me to be very lazy when I was first posted to 5SIR. He was my senior and I was always giving problems etc… But with his guidance and patience, I improved my attitude and even got promoted and finally, took over as the Senior Medic with him working under me. I really wanna thank him for all the help he has given me.

Then it was off to Sharen’s house. Met up with Erlina at city hall MRT station. She actually got me a xmas present . Awwwww that’s so sweet. And a nice xmas card too. Thx Erl. Finally reached sharen’s home at 4.30. Gabrielle was there too. Food was good. Left after some time and just sat down with erl for a chat. SO much things to catch up on. Glad that everything is fine for her.

Took the train with her after that to go to my grandma place. SHe continued her journey all the way back to Tampinese though while I drop off at Lavendar.

Today has been a very fun day. Meet up with some very close friends to catch up. A pity though some other friends, like Azel could not make it. And it sure is nice seeing you again after so long Erl. You take care k gal.
